TERMS, CONDITIONS AND OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

1. Overview.
The Spirit of York Ultimate Toronto Music Getaway & Concert e-gift card Contest at Live Nation properties (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Spirit of York Distillery Co. (the “Sponsor”).

2. Contest Period.
The contest period runs from June 5, 2025 at 12:00AM to September 25, 2025 ending at 11:00PM on September 25, 2025.

3. How to Enter the Contest.
There is only one way to enter the Contest. During the Contest Period, attendees will be onsite at VENUE attending an event and enter the onsite footprint and submit their name, phone number, and email, to receive an entry into the Contest.

​

4. Limit of One Entry.
One entry per person during the Contest Period. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid entry will be the Sponsor’s devices. Entries that:
  (a) are late, unauthorized, lost, stolen, illegible, damaged, misdirected, mutilated, garbled or incomplete, altered or otherwise prohibited;
  (b) contain false or invalid information; or
  (c) do not conform with or satisfy any or all of the conditions these Rules as determined by Sponsor (collectively, “Ineligible and/or Invalid Entries”), in its sole and absolute discretion, may be judged void.
All entries become the property of Sponsor upon receipt and none will be returned.

5. Winner Selection; Random Draw.
A random draw will be held within thirty (30) minutes of the end of the Contest Period by the Sponsor from all entries received during the Contest Period.

6. Odds of Winning.
Your odds of winning the Contest depend on the total number of valid entries received during the Contest Period.

7. Winner Selection.
A random draw for four (4) winning entries from eligible entries submitted during the Contest Period will be held at approximately 12:00PM on September 26, 2025.
The first drawn entrant will win Prize One (1) Ultimate Toronto Music Getaway.
The next three (3) draw entrants consecutively will win Prize Two (2), the Ticketmaster® e-Gift Card.
A selected winner may also be asked to complete, execute and return a Declaration of Compliance and Full Release of Liability and Consent to Publicity Form (“Form”).
Proof of identity, including proof that selected entrant is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the selected entry, must be provided upon request.
If a selected entrant cannot be contacted and confirmed a winner as above, their entitlement to the prize may be forfeited.

8. Prize.
There are two (2) prizes available to be won in Ontario:
  Prize One (1): The Ultimate Toronto Music Getaway includes accommodation (valued at $300), spending cash ($200), and two (2) reserved tickets to one (1) 2025 Live Nation concert of the winner’s choosing (valued at $2000).
  Prize Two (2): Three (3) separate $50 Ticketmaster® e-gift cards.
Alcohol is not awarded with the prize.

9. Ticket Details.
Tickets are redeemable until December 31, 2025 or while supplies last. Tickets are subject to availability, venue capacity, and other restrictions. Concert selection, seating, and delivery method are at Live Nation’s sole discretion. The winner and guest must abide by venue policies. Resale of tickets is prohibited. Approximate Retail Value of each prize is $2,500 CAD.

10. Gift Card Terms.
Gift Cards may be used to buy tickets via Ticketmaster Canada. They cannot be used for VIP Nation®, fan clubs, or select packages. Exclusions apply. They cannot be resold or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

​

11. Eligibility.
To be eligible, you must:
  (a) be a legal Ontario resident and at least 19 years old;
  (b) not be an employee, affiliate, or immediate family/household member of Sponsor or its partners.

​

12. Conduct.
By entering, you agree to these Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions.

​

13. Disqualification.
Sponsor may disqualify entrants who:
  (a) violate rules;
  (b) tamper with the Contest;
  (c) act disruptively or unsportsmanlike;
  (d) undermine the Contest;
  (e) appear visibly intoxicated.
Any such attempts may result in legal action.

​

14. Release of Liability / Consent to Publicity.
By entering:
  (a) you agree to these Rules;
  (b) you consent to public use of your name, city, image, etc. without further compensation;
  (c) you release Sponsor and its partners (including Live Nation and Ticketmaster) from all liability related to the Contest.

15. Limitation of Liability.
The Sponsor and its partners are not responsible for:
  (a) incorrect entry data;
  (b) invalid entries;
  (c) Contest system errors;
  (d) inaccurate materials;
  (e) security/privacy breaches by third parties.

​

16. Intellectual Property.
All trademarks, designs, and Contest-related content belong to the Sponsor and cannot be copied without permission.

​

17. General Terms.
The Rules at www.spiritofyork-win.com take precedence over any conflicting materials. Any disputes will be governed by Ontario law and resolved in Toronto courts.

​

18. Acknowledgment & Release re: Live Nation.
This Contest is not sponsored or endorsed by Live Nation or Ticketmaster. They are not responsible for Contest management or prizing.
